Irish League of Credit Unions
The Irish League of Credit Unions (ILCU) was set up in 1960 to represent and service affiliated credit unions on the island of Ireland. Although a number of credit unions are merging, as of January 2016 there were over 430 credit unions providing services to over 3 million members. The common bond is the factor that unites all the members of your credit union, ensuring that members savings are made available to your fellow members in the form of loans. There are many great reasons for being part of your local credit union - its local, personal, different, fair and simple.
